Our products are supplied to Changan/Lifan/Chuanqi groups in O.E.M in domestic market, and gears/shafts to U.S.A., Germany, Italy. We have passed ISO9001-2000 certificate.
Our factory has complete ability of developing & manufacturing gears/gearbox assembly, including chemical analyse of raw material, forging (die-forging/ring-forging), CNC turning, Teeth hobbing, shaping, shaving, milling, honing, grinding, Heat-treatment of Induction quenching, carbon-rising, quenching-and-tempering, nitrogen, sand/shot blasting, oxidizing surface, Grinding ID/OD/ES and spline, and gearbox assembly of sets ZF S6-90¡¢ZF 5S111-GP, FULLER (RT11609A¡¢RT11509C)
